Rent Both Cottages
One private beach, two houses, room for up to 23 guests
Some trips are too big for one roof. For family reunions, wedding guest blocks, and several families traveling together, you can rent both of our cottages at once: the five-bedroom Pearl Beach Lakehouse (sleeps 13) and the four-bedroom Lakehurst Bungalow (sleeps 10). Together they sleep 23 on the same stretch of Lake Erie shoreline in Saybrook Township, Ohio, and both use the same private beach, reached by a gravel walkway down to a boardwalk with umbrellas. The beach is shared only between the owner and two other properties, so even a full group of 23 has it mostly to themselves.
Splitting a big group across two houses solves the usual reunion problems. Early risers and night owls get separate living rooms. Each family gets its own kitchen and bathrooms. And everyone still shares one beach, two fire pits, and the same sunset.
What the Two Houses Add Up To
Bedrooms and beds
Nine bedrooms in total. The Lakehouse has one king, two queens, one double, and a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk, plus a queen sofa bed in the living room and a large twin futon. The Bungalow has two queens, one double, and a room with two twin beds, plus two double futons in the family room.
Bathrooms
Five full baths and a half bath: three full baths at the Lakehouse, and two full baths plus a half bath at the Bungalow.
Dining and kitchens
Two full kitchens, each with a dishwasher. The Lakehouse seats 12 or more at the main table with two more tables in the enclosed back patio room; the Bungalow seats 8 to 10 with a second table in the converted garage rec room. The whole group can sit down to dinner at the same time.
Parking and practicalities
Twelve or more cars: 8 or more at the Lakehouse (2 to 3 in front, 6 on the drive behind the house) and 4 at the Bungalow. Both houses have a washer and dryer, WiFi, air conditioning, a gas grill, and a fire pit.

Group Stay Questions
What's the minimum stay?
Two nights in the off-season and three nights during peak summer and holidays. The minimum applies to each house.
What are the quiet hours?
11 PM to 8 AM at both houses. The cottages sit in a peaceful residential area and we ask groups to be respectful of the neighbors.
Can we bring a boat or jet ski?
It depends on what you have in mind, so call us at (440) 812-2938 before booking and we'll talk through what's possible.
Can we host a wedding or put up a tent?
The cottages are a good fit for family gatherings and small celebrations, but large parties and events are not allowed, and the guest count can't exceed each house's maximum occupancy. Contact us to discuss your plans before booking.
Can we book one house now and add the other later?
Yes. The calendars are separate, so you can book one house and add the second while its dates are still open. If you tell us through the contact form, we'll confirm both calendars for the same dates.
